Programs based on referrals, not signups or sales

    I was wondering if there are any programs that will pay you based on the number of people you refer to their site, regardless of if those people buy the product, or sign up for their mailing list, or whatever.

    You're referring to a PPC (pay per click) affiliate program. That's like google adsense, textlinkads, or any other network that pays you per click.
