Programming XML feeds

    I have the site

    What I need is some one to program an interface that will

    take the end users request for data from an xml feed and deliver

    to them in an understandable format

    Billing

    Any orders have to be prepaid by credit card or credits on account

    Any one interested

    Sorry, I do not understand. The user will supply an XML feed and you need the information from it displayed in an easy to read format? I can do that, in fact I already have most of the code to do so.

    Please also explain in more detail the part of the billing.

    I subscribe to a service that allows me to resell data
    from an xml feed I need my client to enter the data
    and have it returned to him in an easy to read format

    The client first has to pay for the service in the form
    of a credit card,paypal or funds on hand

    It was be nice to be able to store for future use
