Ok, I'm trying to get a quote on programming project. If someone could give me an idea of what they would charge for this that would be great: Basically I'm wanting to add a place for users on my forum to upload videos and members be able to comment on them and rate them. Ads should then show after the video plays. Members that upload the videos then earn credits for uploading videos based on the number of views it get, and also for viewing and rating other videos. The credit system is already in place and I use vbulletin.
