Hello, I'm looking for an experienced programming partner who has strong experience in PHP/MySQL and Javascript would be a plus but not completely necessary. I'm looking to launch around 10 projects within the next 6 months on a small to large scale in size so plenty of work will be available. Payment is on a monthly basis, obviously a payment up front will be sent to a reliable programmer to start the work and then it will be per month via paypal.
