Good morning, I run a small design and development firm with half a dozen large residual clients and several small ones. I already have a three member staff but am currently limited in growth because we're all working at near capacity. I need a programmer, preferably a guru, to help with overflow on some projects and allow me to take on more additional, outside projects as well. Below is criteria and what I want sent, initially, expect 15 hours a month, but it will/can increase on your diversity as a "guru" (so if you do design, wordpress mods, joomla plugins, etc, anything at all, TELL ME). The more you can do, the more hours I can give you. I'm wanting to expand in july and further my company's network, but cannot at the moment because my staff is working to handle the current load from clients. Criteria: 1) US based - lower 48 or UK based. I'll entertain others from Europe but I need availability in a general Eastern Time Zone slot 2) PHP, MySQL, XML, CSS, RSS, HTML, DHTML, Java, JSP intermediate to advanced experience, prefer those with at least 2+ years 3) Fluent english, native speaker - prefer people that can send an email that's remotely grammatically correct If you're available by phone, even better, though email is the prefer method of contact. But, in an emergency, my ability to text message you if you're not online would be nice. Don't expect this to be all the time, I'm not hard to work for, just nice to know its there.
