Firstly, I prefer a designer + programmer since its easier to deal with one guy about the whole project. OK - Here are the requirements - 1.) Need a website designed which shall first provide a layout of services that I will offer etc. and cost involvement etc. 2.) The website user shall if decides to purchase my services shall be able to pay via paypal / visa etc. (payment processing built in) 3.) I should be able to upload Audio (mp3) files which CANNOT and SHOULD NOT be downloadable however, will give access to the user for 15 days or 30 days etc as per my settings. Please note - these audios are audio lectures which are high in demand in my field of area. So are you catching the drift of what I am trying to do here!!! I may also end up purchasing a vbulletin license for an attached forum for reviews/discussions etc. Whole planning / designing / programming from scratch.
