Are there any easy to follow resources, e-courses, or guides that could be recommended for interactive web design? I'm looking for ones that are responsive and may involve parallax page motion or scrolling, carousels/sliders, dropdown menu navigation, hover functions, etc. Also, what are the languages and software that you prefer to use for this? I’m especially interested in how to get the same scrolling effect as in letters-inc.jp/, but this question is mostly for the purposes of obtaining the skills to create an entire interactive website.
