Buying Programming/Installation of USPS API Shipping on Wordpress

    Looking for experienced person to install USPS Shipping API
    on Wordpress driven website. Site has WooCommerce Plugin installed.

    Most important - Shipping calculator needs to also be on
    each PRODUCT PAGE (guessing a shortcode or something)

    Please PM experience and request for more info, thanks.

    UPDATE: The requirements for this has changed.
    Would like it to be how eBay has it on their auctions/checkout.

    This is what I need:

    1) Don't need USPS API

    2) Need to have all countries listed

    (Shipping is based on USA, Canada, Australia, and Worldwide)

    3) Need to be able to put my own shipping prices in for each product
    (varies by above countries)

    4) Highest shipping cost gets held. Rest gets added together with
    40% taken off. That figure gets added to highest product shipping.

    5) Don't have shipping options at checkout.
