Programming Help - with RAR file

    Hi guys - recently posted a job on GAF - guy accepted, made the site etc... all's good - until the site was hacked and hacked again now the guys not interested in working on the site anymore - however after asking many times he has sent the RAR file for me.

    Now i hanv't a clue what to do!! - programmer help needed.

    Find WinRar.this is software for compressing into .rar format and decompressing .rar files.
    you can find other tools too :)
    but if you need someone to work with files in side the RAR file then i am ready to do it.just send me the RAR file and let me see them.

    you dont need to be a programmer to use a rar file, just download Winrar as mention in the post above
