Planning to get a website like dailydeals.com but I don't know that it should be on php, asp.net, java or any cms etc..? We need complete functionality like dailydeals.com. I want to select a professional accordingly.

Please give your expert suggestions. What will be the perfect choice for a website like this?

IMO it's not good to use a CMS for large sites like that - better to build it from scratch.
As for the platform - anything can be used, but I'd suggest PHP, because it has the largest developer group and therefore the prices tend to be a bit lower.

Get? Get how? Do you mean pay for someone to develop it for you? Or do you think you can buy a site like you can buy a loaf of bread? (You can't.)

If you want to pay someone to develop it, part of what you're paying for is his decision about how it should be done. Forget Java, websites aren't written in Java. Javascript? (A totally different language.) Yes, but that's on the client. You still need PHP, Cold Fusion, ASP, something, on the server.

You can't use a CMS as a drop-in for a particular site, other than a site that looks like the CMS.
