What else can I say? Oh yeah, it's all human edited and that stuff...no reciprocal links required, but appreciated!

A whole category for dedicated servers or a subcategory in the Web Hosting category?

It doesn't matter which, just let me know which one would be more appropriate.

For now I'll just put a sub category in the Web Hosting category and rename Web Hosting to Web Hosting/Servers.
