[Programmers Needed] For A File Mirror Upload Site

I am looking for trustful and experienced programmers to make this huge project come true. The server I am planning to put this script on is below,

intel Core 2 Quad @ 2.66Ghz
4GB DDR2 RAM
500GB SATAII 7200.10 rpm
2x 1Gbps (Europe Server)
Unmetered Bandwidth

Link Collector
I will like a feature which will collect the download links of the hosts listed above, not just the links page.

Example, I click on a button let's say collect links and it will collect the links as below:

http:/rapidshare.com/files/Sept_Animation_Project.wmv.part2.rar
http:/rapidshare.com/files/Sept_Animation_Project.wmv.part3.rar
