programmers, help needed with wordpress logo and header !

I am newbie with programming and don't know much. I need help to insert logo and header. Please guide me.

Where do i need to install which code so that i can upload logo and header. Attached is screen shot currently how it looks. The site name and description is showing where i want to use logo.
