I am need a programmer that is fluent enough in PHP/HTML/CSS/Java, to help apply a theme I created. Must be available to chat via any popular instant messaging program. Theme was made in Fireworks, But can give copy of just a .png if needed. Need to make it to where I can insert an ad in designated spots on the template. Along with the php code all working/showing in the right designated areas. I personally am not that good with this. Once the code is all there and working I can edit it to suit my needs and apply to other paged of the site. All i need is the base template applied. to the main index page. From there I can go on my own. Small project. Budget is only $20.00. If you are willing to accept this offer. I will be willing to pay anywhere from $5.00 - $10.00 for small add-ons. Like a voting page where users can vote on various topsites and receive in game rewards. Small projects. The game is fully functional. The code is already there.
