Buying Programmer to integrate 2 wordpress blogs into 1

    Hi, I'm looking to hire someone who knows how to integrate 2 wordpress blogs - dragonbond.com (main domain) and murosaki.dragonbond.com (personal) into 1 blog.

    eg: ericscouten.com (who i believe is using thesis theme).

    Is this possible without using thesis theme? I do not have a theme in mind, but maybe have it in plain colours (black background for menu) and (purple background for content).
