Buying Programmer to fix bugs and add some features

Hello.

The script you'll need to work on is Microworkers clone.

Here are the following bugs which need to be fixed:
- task is marked as "Finished" when there are 100 applications (it should be "Paused"
and then again active when advertiser rates them)
- users can rate tasks they shouldn't be able to (can access page they shouldn't be
allowed to)

And add this features:
- ability to deny task (when denied money should automatically return to users
account

Have in mind that few coders tried to do that but failed so apply only if you are up to it.
