Buying Programmer to develop established imagehosting site

I'm looking for a php programmer to work on an image host site www.picr.us
The site needs to be taken to the next level, so I need someone who is able to do that.

Your concept with the site is good. Just needs a little designing...
And do correct this error :
Your site currently saves files with the filename, i.e if i upload ifreakz.png then it gets saved as images/ifreakz.png in the images folder.
If someone else also uploads ifreakz.png then it'll prolly be renamed or added with a numerical value. Instead use randomization.
