Buying Programmer to Code Manga Script

Good morning. I am looking for a programmer with the capabilities to program a manga viewing script to my needs.

First and foremost however it will need to integrate with Xenforo and Xenforo's membership.

The rest are additions that are necessary but will need to be discussed. We're talking about series tracking, homepage design, bookmarking abilities, etc. I can provide visuals as needed because I am handy with photoshop.

I have two big examples of what I am looking for but will give them out in PM only because the guy who made both scripts decided to use them for porn instead.

I don't want to out the entire project on DP so PM me if you have the skills to achieve this project and/or are interested in learning more.

I am looking for someone to expand on this project in the future, fix bugs if they do come up, and also someone who can be fair in pricing.
