Buying Programmer to add some function to my small site.

    I need a good programmer to add this function to my site.
    - Auto approve submission
    - Reject submission if no link back detected
    - Script to check database for dead links (will be run by cronjob)
    - Output new submission to RSS and to twitter.

    Willing to pay $30.
    Payment by Paypal after job is done.
