Buying programmer that can make popups work in my videoplayer

    looking for someone that has good knowlesge of flash/xml/php to fix that when a user clicks on my play button it loads a popup.
    NOTE THIS IS FOR AN ADULT SITE!
    so if you have problems with that please dont pm.
