Programmer(s) Wanted!

    I'm going to keep this short and sweet.

    I am starting a gaming community venture with some new concepts not yet seen or improvements to old concepts. While there are many ways I can do this, the most efficient way would be to work with a programmer to complete my vision. That being said, I'm looking for a knowledgeable programmer for this position.

    Requirements
    1. Must know PHP and MySQL
    2. Other languages such as Javscript, Perl, etc... is a plus
    3. Avid gamer is a plus
    4. Be willing to work with other programmers (in the future) as well the project team

    Not too many requirements, but the catch is I can't pay you for your work. This might seem like a waste of time, but it would be good experience or portfolio work, and I will let you keep the rights to everything you make and let you sell it. On top of that, when the community starts generating profits I will give you 20% of what it earns (subject to change at a later date).

    So if you are a programmer who is people friendly and has free time on your hands you would like to put towards a future investment, please respond!
