Programmer required

    I am looking for a programmer to create some semi automatic article posting software.

    I have looked on Scriptlance but have been let down by the winning bidders, can any one recomend an alterntive to scriptlance to find a good profesional?

    My original thought was a desk top application but I am flexable and would look at web based if it did the job.
