I am looking for a programmer for a quick little app that reads .htm files from a specified directory, extracts data to a tab delimited text file.

I can write this in no time, I can do it with PHP, vb6, or vb.net.

 

I can also do this for you fairly cheap. I use to write data extraction type programs all the time.

 

oDESK is a nice place to find a variety of providers.. you can choose from a list of 1000, interview them, hire them and pay them as they work..

We can do this in perl. Using the file - regex manipulation, we can extract this into the csv and then using the import function to the excel files.
Have done this before. Can complete it within a couple of hours.
