Programmer Needed

I need a programmer to help out with a sports website. PHP is preferred, we need a database created that we can add to through a user interface. Basically I want a non-technical person to be able to make updates through this interface.

Initially we have 2 databases that we need. But if we are happy with the work we will need a few other custom programs. If you have worked with VBulletin before (integrating with their user authentication) that would be very helpful.

Not sure what you mean. The site have vbulletin. I am looking for a quote on a custom program that uses vbulletin's members. Meaning people can login and see this program.
