Programmer needed!

    Hi guys, i have a website template which IS NOT a blog or wordpress or anything else like that its just a normal website template which has been edited continously over a period of time now. However i am looking now for someone to add a comment function on my website, what i need is for the users/readers to be able to comment on my articles on every page of my articles, i am guessing this will need a mysql database some php code and perhaps something else?

    I want my website to have the function that many wordpress themes do, to be able to comment on my work.
