    I need a programmer who can:

    1) create a site/script that can be easily installed (on multiple websites)
    2) create a well done FF and IE toolbar for the site
    3) Work with user accounts

    A few things I forgot to mention:

    - some sort of anti-piracy system (domain licensing or something)
    - easy main site design customization

    I have a $xxx budget.

    Also, I prefer a coder who can 1) provide updates and feature impovements or 2) do #1 and be involved in this project. That means less money for you upfront, but you'll earn a % of the potential profit.
