Buying Programmer needed to build site using a script for a Craiglist clone (CRAIG)

I need a PHP programming person to build a Craigslist clone (CRAIG), using the script at https://www.snetworksclassifieds.com/index.php (WHICH WE WILL PURCHASE AND PROVIDE). The client wants users to be able to post classified ads, with the ability to embed Youtube videos into the ad. We need a programmer who can install this script, and who can modify the graphic layout and design if needed to meet the client's specifications.
