To be honest I think you will be hard pushed to get a "Decent" coder or group to take this on as you are wanting it completed within 30 days and for only $1500. Most browser based games which are being developed range from $2500 and take around 2-3 months to develop fully. But that is for a good coder so the site wont crash or halt loading. Just a heads up...

Well do you have all the details on what the game is going to be about? I do have a game that I'm working on that is about 20% completed. The only thing is that it is i asp and not php. I can finish the game in your budget but I need a bit more then 30days, well that is if you want it done right. I worked on the back-end with some basic functions that I believe can be used in any game. So to using it for your needs won't be a problem at all.
