Hello. I have recently opened a new website. I have tried for a couple weeks to find a program that will suit me but nothing so far can. I need a programmer who can make a program, where customers can deposit funds on my website on their account. The accounts balances must be manually alterable. Also, we need a way for customers to transfer funds to us. They must decide how much funds they want to transfer to us. We must be able to transfer funds back to customers account.
