Buying Programmer Needed PHP / HTML / CSS

    I am looking for a programmer who wants steady work. You must be VERY fluent in PHP and MYSQL, if you only know a little bit, then DO NOT respond to me. YOU MUST BE VERY GOOD.

    HTML / CSS is a must as well.
