I am looking for a programmer who is able to create a script that allows a companies clients to create an account online to pay their invoices. On the customer end, they will need to be able to create their account, setup their billing information, and optionally can store their credit card on file and to setup automatic billing. On the company end, they must be able to view, edit, create new customers in the system. They must also be able to enter new invoices for the customers, and then choose the ability to send these invoices to customers automatically via email. This email will contain the invoice, amount, as well as a bit of information at the bottom and a link that customers can click on that will allow them to login online and pay the bill. This system must have the ability to integrate with my payment processor similar to the setup of authorize.net, so that payments can be taken automatically. I dont mind if there is already an open source system like this that you can customize to fit this outline, in fact that may be easier and less expensive to develop. I would also like the system to have the ability to intgrate with Quickbooks Web Connector, which is an program that calls an API url and autopopulates quickbooks with the information on this invoicing system.
