So basically I need a website on which students can register add 1 profile picture and upto 5 pictures of themselves which they can change. Apart from this students can choose year of graduation and year of admission. Then they can write 150 words to justify they are the best. then other can submit a rating out of 5 and also give a thumbs up or thumbs down. Some of the students profiles should be on the main page. And when clicked on the image the member details open up in a lightbox and people can vote comment and rate over there. there should be pages for top rated student, most thumbs up e.t.c There should be search and interface should be colourful good looking and easy to use. PLEASE NOTE that i do not have a big budget for the site and rather have a very small budget. SO if you are interested in doing it pm me your price and how long you will take and past projects.
