I have a client who needs a change made to this website page http://www.anu.org/register.php. After someone registers they are sent to a page asking them to click to pay via PayPal, however some of them pay via money order or check so there needs be a new option listed below that says "click here if you already paid where they will enter their payment details that will be emailed to the site owner. I need this done ASAP so please PM your quotes.
