    I now need someone that can create a clone of:
    http://www.cellsea.com/java-cellsea/media/rtindex.htm
    With some differences:
    I need the user to be able to upload mp3 file and have the option of creating a GCD file....keeping it as mp3 but trimmed....and m4a format....

    I know it wont be cheap but I would like to be quoted a price instead of disclosing a budget. I have had previous projects in which I disclosed a budget and oddly enough the quotes were quite close to the budget...
