    I am a programmer (19 years old, Belgium) fluent in mainly PHP and Perl. If you'd like to read more about me please check my online portfolio (link). I have a lot of experience in building websites from scratch or adapting them.

    Please note I am not looking for small (< $50) projects, please PM me with the job and if possible the budget, I work fast and can dedicate a few hours every day to your projects.
