Buying programmer for youtube download, watermark, upload

    I need a this to be installed on my linux server

    i need it to download the videos, i need to be able to add multiples urls and let it run through them all while im away

    add a watermark image to the beginning, middle and end of video

    upload back up to youtube via my account

    multil-download and multi-upload

    needs to be all automatic

    $35 via paypal
