Buying programmer for image gallery website

    I need a programmer to take a set of instructions for design and functionality for a simple image gallery. I just need you to pick a good script and customize it. There should be an easy way to upload and manage images. The gallery must be SEO friendly for google indexing and we need to use tags. Please PM me prices, need someone ASAP
