Buying Programmer for a PPV video website

    Hey guys,

    I'm after someone to code me a script / heavily modify a current video hosting script I have where a user uploads a video and gets paid per view on this video. The rates must vary from country to country and if possible have a referral system with a base rate of 10% earnings for life. There should also be a cashout system with paypal as an option.

    This should all link to an admin panel so in the admin panel i can monitor users earnings / videos / cashout requests.
