Programmer/Developer Wanted

Hi,

Im looking for a web developer for a new website/project of mine.

The features the site needs and you need to be able to complete are:

- Design of site (must be good design/web2.0 style, examples needed to prove you can design. Idea of sites mymobilephones /co/uk freebieholics /co/uk

- Interface of site, allowing users to sign up, with email ,username and password.
- user must be able to edit details

- Site must have system in place to give user an id number, which then gets automatically put into urls through out the site.

- admin section, to edit users, update content, add new content etc

- site must be seo friendly/optimised


User must be fluent in english.
Budget up to $600
