Buying Programmer/Developer - Needs Experience - Location Not An Issue

    Hello,

    We are looking for a dedicated programmer/developer. They are going to be working on various programming/development projects, and these projects may be for some of our Proprietary systems so the developer we hire will be required to sign NDAs.

    Now, we don't really care about location, we only care about experience most important.

    Please see the below REQUIREMENTS and if you meet these requirements then see below that for the information we require:

    Requirements:
    1. 3 + Years Experience
    2. No more than $5.00 - $10.00 an hour.
    3. Great English
    4. Skype is required
    5. Paypal
