Programmer/Designer needed to make URL shortening Website

    I have the URL.
    I have the Hosting.

    I need someone to install a Free URL shortening Script on the Domain. And design the front end of the site as well. A Simple Professional Look.

    Budget for this is not much so quote in this thread itself.
