I am very sorry guys, my requirement has changed. Now I am looking for an attractive colorful joomla theme suiting for a media company. PM me for the kind of theme I am looking at for example. I am not looking for proprietory rights to this theme. So you will be free to sell it to others as well.
if so, why don't you buy templates from joomla template provider such us rocketthheme.com, joomlart.com, templateplazza.com, joomlajunkie etc I think they have template colections that will be suit with your needs
I tried couple of sites but they are not having media specific templates. Thanks for referring these sites. I will check these as well.
