Program that checks Link Popularity and Page Rank..

I'm wondering if there are any programs out there that check both Link Popularity (for the major players Google, Yahoo, Msn) and also show the domain page rank?

I use a program right now that shows me the Link Popularity but I don't know how good it actually is, but then I need to manually check page ranks, I'm sure there has to be some type of free or paid program out there that does both of these.. Anyone point me in the right direction?

There are two ways 1) a program installed on your computer and b) web based script that gives you above mentioned information.

Progmram installed on your computer is good if you are doing bulk checking. For that you can have look at seoadministrator and Domain Researc Tool

For web based script, I think all the scripts/links mentioned above are pretty good. You can check one more i.e. reportbot.com
