Program image edit application

    I want to add to my WP site a small application that edits images.
    It should be similar in concept to what you can do to images in power point 2007,
    about 20 different ways to change the image.

    Where can I buy such a solution or hire someone to program it?

    I see only image cropping options with this codex - no other image changing features?

    You can make image processing application in c# or vb.net language easily there are graphics classes available in .net

    There are also lots of jQuery plugins that deal with images. Google some of them to suit your needs.

    I have done a good search and can't find anything, not even in the Wordpress plugin directory.

    I guess you could use one of the many online editors, like these:
