This is for a single product retailer. i.e. they only sell one product. Visitors just need to register, post a review, upload photographs/videos, give the product star ratings. Visitors can also vote for whether they like a review or not and add comments. I would like this integrating with OpenID.net for logins to save people time registering. The main page of the site should show a daily selected review (must be positive about the product) and a selection of top rated review snippets with links to see the full review text. We should be able to easily skin the site by editing a .css file.
