    I have a new real estate investment site available. It is up for auction at sitepoint.

    The domain name is proflipper.com

    It has been hand submitted to about 150 seo-friendly search engines and directories. NO LINK FARMS!

    The purchase includes the product being sold and all the content and one year of hosting. You can move it, of course, if you like. The domain was registered for one year and expires 12/07 and you will get ownership of that as well.

    Is this not the same site that has been sold on ebay about 400 times. I even bought a copy myself!

    Even if you have seen it before, keep in mind that this one comes with the domain name and has already been submitted to dozens of seo-friendly se's and directories. This is especially good for someone new to websites and wants a site ready to go
