Jacob, do yourself and your company the favor of at least saving a little face and getting this over as soon as you can. Refund him, have it over with. I don't think anyone that sees this would ever want to do business with your company again, personally.

So the story goes on... After now about a year since all of this started, Jacob(Profithost) now again told me I would get my money back after ECC Netherlands mailed and called them twice... But have I got anything back after 2 weeks of waiting? NO I have not.. So now It's confirmed they aint worth shit as a hosting company and no one should ever think about doing buissnies with them. I hope you (Jacob) read this because you aren't replying on msn and make a reply here instead.
