    Guys this thread is ringing alarm bells with me. I have asked this guy many questions which he avoids answering. I sent him the following pm......

    "I want to make an offer for your business but find you impossible to deal with? - you say you will contact me but you dont - you do not answer the questions indepth. Seems crazy all this if you want to sell the business. You really do have to be more upfront if you want k's from a buyer."

    His answer was this......
    "John, No problem. Good luck with your search."

    I was prepared to offer him BIN of $3000 but he seems reluctant. Not sure whats going on here? I can only assume its because of the questions I want answers for. Is it me or does his answer in the pm seem normal to you?

Just called the seller on the number that is mentioned in the whois of the domain, but unfortunately there was no Carl on the phone but a person that doesn't know where I was talking about.     Pilar, sorry I have not confirmed the sale with you. Sorry for the confusion - nothing is 100% set in stone until we start the Escrow.com process. This was explained in the PM I sent. Otherwise, if you decided to later pull out (for whatever reason) I would not have any other buyers lined up. So please understand I am trying to keep my options open so I can successfully sell the website should anything arise.

    I will request that this thread be locked once the website is fully sold. If it is still open then it is not sold yet :D

    I hope this is okay with everybody. I felt it was the best way to sell in order to keep everybody happy and my options open. :D I don't want to pit buyers against each other!

    Thanks to clarify this. Although, still strange someone picked up the phone that was not you or don't know anything about you.

    Anyway, like I've mentioned I am willing to book a flight to London to handle all the contracts. I am familiar with these kind of deals in diverse amounts from $x,xxx low to mid $xx,xxx and I know how to manage this on a legal way to cover both our asses. I'm just doing business on the traditional way and if you are not willing to, then it's just strange and odd.
