    Hey all.

    I'm selling the very last developed website that we own! I've already sold three others here on DigitalPoint, you may have seen them.

    We've owned the website since May 2007. Before that it had been a junk/holding website. We bought it and turned it around and it is now selling an e-book (written by a paid author) discussing relaxation techniques, and how to beat stress. We have recently just served our 400th customer :D

    We market the website using Google Adwords [I'm on the way to becoming a Google Advertising Professional/GAP incidentally]. It's a very easy business to run and everything is on autopilot so no manual work required.

    The website is averaging two new orders per day at $19.95 each. So $1200 a month or thereabouts - take away the advertising costs and it leaves $800 - $850 a month in profit. This may not sound much, but when you consider that it only takes a few hours per week (2-3 hours I'd estimate) then the hourly rate is pretty high! :D

    I've built up a list of high-converting keywords and everything will be included with the sale.

    since you sell other 3 sites can I ask where is your iTrader ... it should be 3 ... I guess.
