Selling profitable website 325$ monthly, football videos

I want to sell my website of football videos www.videos-futebol.com with search ''videos de futebol'' appears as number 1 in google and with ''videos futebol'' as number 3/4. This website was established in 2008, i have bought it from the original owner last year and unfurtunely i have invested in other bussiness offline and i have no time to update or to keep the site running and making money as it should.

here i leave the adsense stats of earnings from last 3 monthes. October,November and December. from this month january website is almost ''dead'' in profite since i have no time to update or make a good divulgation of it. Site is PAGE RAnk3, have host in hostagor payed till march and domain payed till 2013!

About trafic stats, i cant put google analytics since it just doesnt work with me ( I dont know why) However you can see from the page impressions something about traffic.

If you update the website weekly and make a good divulgation (exchange links and banners with other websites from football etc) you can make 325$ as i did last monthes or even more... but you have to work as everything). Im selling as a bargain because this is a big project and i dont want it to die. the site as majority traffic from the portuguese and brasilians since the name is portugues but it can be viewable worldwide with the English or Spanish version. I also have a channel in youtube to promove it and i updated it all weeks with new highlights etc but im not abble to give you the channel since i cannot edit the email of it, but you can create a new channel and put videos there with URL of the website to promove it... all about marketing stuff.

Any question please ask, im a serious seller and i just want serious buyers please.

Have some urgency to sell it since im not working with site since Christmas.

I dont know how to precedure with owner of website verification as DP ask me but here i put a print of me in the CP of the website... as i said before, im a honest person and if you need more proofs that site is mine i will provide without problems.

uhm ... i'm a little bit scare because you said this month profit is none and the site is almost dead ....

 

@ dungdevn when i say that i mean, its almost ''dead'' comparing with October,november and december because i dont update or spend time with site.. its normal that the site doesnt have the same profit and same visits if i dont work with it....at tis time all traffic it receives and all income are from the search engines at this time...and without doing nothing it already generated around 4000 visitors + 5$ only this month (2 weeks).

If you work with it (update weekly and make divulgation) you can get what i get in the last monthes. 325$ month or you can even make it bigger. all depends on time you invest on it. price is quite good because if you get 325$ like i did in 3 or 4 monthes the site is paid and everything is profit... You have there the adsense from last 3 monthes, I Simply dont have time to continue due to offline big project i started a few weeks before christmas.
